Kama Tai 

Hey now kin, I am a perfectly imperfect human, utilizing ancestral connection, somatic awareness, energies, frequencies, and vibrations to remember who we are. Our liberation is bound together; we need all the medicines, and here I am, to offer mine. Compassionate community care for our collective liberation is the why. I am not free until you are free. Let us all be a ripple.

I have come to this offering of my medicine by lots of trial and error, lots of failing forward and daily contemplation that sometimes includes self-reckoning. I am still healing and always will be, I have many tools, experiences, and expertise that informs how I show up. I lean into the values of authenticity, transparency, and love as action. I value sound and silence equally and believe we live in a both/and world, not an either/or. So many things and truths can co-exist at the same damn time!!
